We are a growing manufacturing business and are now looking for full-time Engineered Solutions – Business Development Managers to join our teams in Melbourne and Sydney. You will be a results-driven professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity sales team.

Your next opportunity

Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manager, you will focus on prospecting new business and selling our range of Engineered Solutions tanks and ancillary products. You will also Account Manage existing clients.

Core duties:

  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients;
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients for projects and marketing purposes;
  • Estimate and work with engineers for costing of proposals; and 
  • Manage and maintain sales pipeline to a required level.

You will also need to operate and sell solutions that are specific to our clients and their market, right down to the general equipment market. 

Our next Business Development Manager

We are now looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager who has demonstrated experience bringing in new business and identifying prospects. You will also have previous experience providing Account Management services to existing clients.

Crucial to your success is your proven experience working with sales pipeline development and management. It is important that you are solutions-focused and who can work alongside our clients on various projects.

To thrive in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Proven ability to negotiate and network;
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy; 
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets; and
  • Ability to effectively manage your time.

Importantly, you will have a strong mechanical and technical aptitude. This is key because our client base includes water authorities, water treatment plants and civil constructions organisations.

You will also have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and will have the talent to achieve $1,000,000 worth of sales per quarter.
