The role
At Polymaster we're not just changing the game in terms of liquid and chemical storage solutions – we're inventing a whole new one! Now, we're on the hunt for a Production supervisor to build, manage and develop dosing systems in house for our bespoke engineered solutions.
As a new function within the business you will play a hands-on role in learning the ins and outs of building a quality dosing system inhouse and developing internal capacity for this high growth area of the business . In addition, this you will be responsible for managing inventory requirements and liaising with our engineering and production teams to establish a seamless quality experience for our customers.

To thrive in this role, you will also possess the following attributes:
- Minimum 5 years assembly experience
- Must have a forklift licence as you will be the sole operator to begin with.
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Highly motivated and self directed
- Previous experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Suite
- Plumbing and/or electrical experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
