The Role
Reporting to the CFO, the Accounts Payable (AP) Officer, will facilitate our supplier relationships by ensuring their invoices and subsequent payment is processed and made on time. This is a core part of the finance team to ensure costs are processed and recorded in relation to the reporting period.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing around 1000 invoices per month
- managing petty cash and prepaid credit cards
- Credit card management
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Supplier statement reconciliations

You will have
- Previous experience in accounts payable or finance-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent open communication style and interpersonal abilities.
- Agile and flexible approach to change
- Demonstrated time management
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and navigate competing priorities.,
