Position Overview:
We're seeking a junior SolidWorks Draftsperson to join our dynamic team and be a part of something game changing. This role is pivotal in supporting our project and engineering departments by creating detailed 3D models from existing objects and 2D drawings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving and enjoys having a bit of fun along the way.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize pre-existing models to create assemblies and generate corresponding 2D drawings.
- Modify existing 3D objects using SolidWorks.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Manage and maintain design documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Must have industry experience as a drafts person – Qualifications are fine but experience wins the day
- A conscientious professional who takes pride in delivering precise and thorough work.
