Your Role as an Internal Sales Representative
As an Internal Sales Representative at Polymaster, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Managers while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, making outbound calls, qualifying potential customers, preparing quotes, and maintaining ongoing customer communication. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall growth of our Agriculture and Plumbing division.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an energetic individual who possess a blend of sales aptitude and customer service expertise. If you have experience in internal sales or sales administration, particularly in manufacturing, plumbing, or agriculture, we would love to hear from you!
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Salesforce (desirable).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
- High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $70,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a supportive work culture, you will have the opportunity for professional growth and development within a leading company in the industry.
