The Role

Polymaster is currently increasing our operational team to meet the growing demands of the business.

 Oven operators:

We are looking for  enthusiastic, reliable and physically fit individuals who love hands on work to join our dedicated  production team.  If you have a forklift licence, EWP licence and experience with using a range of power tools,  that is an added plus but not essential! Willingness to do shift work is a must.

The Oven Operator is responsible for the efficient set up, operation and monitoring of rotomoulding ovens to produce high-quality molded products. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

 Full on the job training will be provided. The right attitude is more important than experience and reliability is critical to the success of our team and our customers.
