The Roles

We are currently expanding our operational capacity in Swan Hill and are looking for multiple superstars to join our production team across our 4 Swan Hill locations.

1. Septic/Tank Fit out :

We are looking for  individuals who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has a practical approach to problem-solving to install fittings and accessories to septic and water tanks to create a finished product. If you have a forklift license and have used a range of power tools before, that is an added plus but not essential! Must be able to fit inside a 600mm diameter manhole.

2. Oven operators

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and physically fit individuals who loves hands on work to join our dedicated  team running our industrial ovens. If you have a forklift license, EWP license and experience with using a range of power tools,  that is an added plus but not essential! Willingness to do shift work is a must.

3. Trimming:

This role involves removing excess plastic and creating clean, accurate openings and edges so the product meets quality and dimensional requirements. Good hand dexterity and hand eye coordination is a must. Previous experience with hand tools such as routers and a forklift license will be highly regarded although not essential.

4. Chemical and Industrial assembly

We are looking for  an individual who has a keen eye for detail, is mechanically minded, methodical and who takes genuine pride in their work to be part of our custom assembly team.  Ability to read and manufacture off engineering drawing is a bonus but not essential.

Full on the job training will be provided. The right attitude is more important than experience!
